Got a call from this number claiming to be from Orange- woman quite rude and I tried to report it to Orange but of course you can't get through to their customer services ever. She asked if I'd had a free handset from Orange recently, so I said, if you're from Orange- then you tell me. She put the phone down.

Incidentally, the guy below should have his posts removed and keep his his racist nastiness to himself. This site is for reporting phone scams.

Been called many times before by this company, saying they're calling from T-Mobile (The Phone Shop) and have I received my free upgrade yet? Always the same girl. Up until yesterday it had always been a withheld number, which is totally illegal.
Yesterday I got the call and it was exactly the same rigmarole.
"No, I'm not with T-Mobile, I ported my number about ten years ago when it was still One-2-One. I'm very happy with my provider and have no interest in starting a contract with you. You are not T-Mobile. I am on the caller preference service. Please remove me from your list"
At that point she usually hangs up. Yesterday, however, the number showed up! And she said to me "I won't stop calling you. Whether you like it or not I'll call you every day!" and then hung up. And believe it or not, I just got a call off them again!
How do we go about reporting these people to the Ombudsman?

Caller said she was calling from 3 mobile. Asked if I had received a new mobile in the last 12months. Then said she needed my details to check if I was entitled to any more benefits. I said I didn't want anything from them. She demanded my details again and I said I wasn't going to give my details out and she hung up.

Same call just came in - sounded like a squint eyed pan faced old chinky woman. Said she was calling from T-Mobile business team and started the call by asking if I was 'Jimmy' - Obviously an ice breaker to the call.

Having had these types of calls either on my landline or mobile I have become somewhat 'trained' in them, reversed the call by asking what her name was and was she interested in a consignment of fire damaged woks, left handed magnetic screwdrivers, a pack of rubber nails and could I kindly ask her to vote BNP!

Boat woman promptly hung up one me.. game over!
